Can I order by phone?
Yes we can accept orders and payments over the phone.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. At present we are dispatching orders to UK, USA, Europe and also other parts of the World.
For orders outside UK we can only accept card payments. Please be aware that the prices on the website are in British Pounds. Please go to www.xe.com to check up-to-date currency rates.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched either the same day or the following working day. Orders dispatched to UK can take between 1-5 working days dependent on the service selected. Orders dispatched to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World can take between 5-10 working days.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes we accept cheque payments from customers based in the UK. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque payment has cleared. If we do not receive a cheque payment within 2 weeks your order will be cancelled.
Can I return something for an exchange?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include a note with your order number or the E-mail address you used to register with us.
When mailing your return please obtain proof of postage certificate for your personal records (available free of charge from any Post Office - applicable to UK residents only). Please note we are unable to refund returns postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I return something for a refund?
Once we receive your return we aim to immediately refund the items to you. If you have not received a refund within 2 weeks for UK residents and 4 weeks for international orders, then please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What is the conversion rate?
The prices on site are in GBP £. We would advice all customers to go to WWW.XE.COM to check up-to-date conversion rates.
