Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please include a note with your order number or the E-mail address you used to register with us.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size then we would recommend that you order it via the website to avoid disappointment. The reason for this is that we would normally have to wait for your item to be returned to us before we can exchange it, this can sometimes be a lengthy process. However if you order a replacement online we can dispatch the order within 1 working day. It would mean that you receive your item quicker, as we would not have to wait for your item to be returned to us before issuing you with your new item.

When mailing your return please obtain proof of postage certificate for your personal records (available free of charge from any Post Office - applicable to UK residents only). Please note we are unable to refund returns postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I return something for a refund?
Once we receive your return we aim to immediately refund the items to you. If you have not received a refund within 2 weeks for UK residents and 4 weeks for international orders, then please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
